I don't normally pimp myself out as a beta reader (I've got too much else going on to be constantly reading other writers' work), but I'm more than willing to help out if I'm contacted. I'll read for any of the fandoms in which I write, as well as for any of for any fandom I'm in a community for. When I proofread, I go through once to get a general feel for the story, again for grammar/punctuation/word choice issues, and once more, looking for characterization and plot details. Out-of-character is my pet peeve in fanfiction, so if something's off, I'll let you know.
